Abbaye Blanche
Located in Mortain, in the Manche department, the Abbaye Blanche is a remarkable 12th-century architectural complex, blending Romanesque, Gothic, and Neoclassical styles. It remains one of the finest examples of Cistercian architecture in Normandy. Positioned at the crossroads of pilgrimage routes from Paris to Mont Saint-Michel and Santiago de Compostela, the abbey is situated within a natural site listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The abbey and its outbuildings, part of which are classified as historical monuments, offer significant development potential with a built area of approximately 11,600 square meters on a 6-hectare plot, including 2.5 hectares of landscaped park.
